Universal Starter is PABCO's perforated starter shingle for use with all PABCO asphalt shingles, applied on the leading edge under the first course with a sealant stripe that helps provide wind resistance. PABCO lists a 40 in. x 13 1/4 in. shingle, 22 shingles and 73.33 linear ft. per bundle, about 68 lb per bundle nominal, and marks it not solar reflective.
