Paramount Starter is PABCO's starter shingle for its Signature Cut shingles: it is applied over Universal Starter and under the first course of Signature Cut shingles to give a double-layer base, and it is color-blended because it stays visible on the roof. PABCO lists a 40 in. x 13 1/4 in. shingle, 22 shingles and 73 3/10 ft. of linear coverage per bundle, about 60 lb per bundle nominal, and marks it not solar reflective.
