RidgeCat is a rolled ridge exhaust vent in the VentSure line built from a nylon 6 entangled-net structure with a breathable UV filter, a double-density compression edge for nail-gun fastening, and printed nailing and centering lines; Owens Corning says no end plugs are required. Its one-page sheet gives 300 sq. in. of net free vent area per 20 ft. roll (15 sq. in. per lineal foot), an 11 in. nominal width, a 3.6 lb nominal weight and roof pitches from 2:12 to 18:12. It lists ASTM E108/UL 790 Class C fire resistance and a limited lifetime warranty when installed with other Owens Corning roofing products as part of the Total Protection Roofing System.
