VentSure 4-Foot Strip is Owens Corning's shingle-over ridge vent sold in 48 in. rigid sections, with a flat external baffle meant to shed debris and deflect wind-driven rain and snow, and offered with or without a Weather PROtector moisture-barrier filter (the filtered version is sold in some markets and has its own product page). Per the May 2025 data sheet, the 12 in. shingle-over version gives 20 sq. in. of net free vent area per lineal foot and the 10 in. and 8 in. filtered versions give 18 sq. in.; all are 1 in. high and fit roof pitches from 3/12 to 16/12. The sheet lists a 20-year limited warranty.
