RIZERidge is a high-profile hip and ridge shingle that Owens Corning offers as an alternative to cut 3-tab shingles, colour-coordinated with its TruDefinition Duration shingles. The data sheet gives a 12 in. x 36 in. nominal shingle that separates into 12 in. x 12 in. pieces at a 6 in. exposure, 22 shingles (66 pieces) and 33 lineal feet of coverage per bundle. It lists ASTM D3462, ASTM D228, ASTM D3018 Type 1, ICC-ES AC438, ASTM D3161 Class F wind resistance, ASTM E108/UL 790 Class A fire resistance and PRI ER 1378E01. Owens Corning states a limited lifetime warranty when installed with its laminate shingles, a 130-MPH wind resistance limited warranty and a 25-year algae resistance limited warranty (StreakGuard), each subject to the actual warranty terms.
