RhinoRoof Granulated is a self-adhered, granulated ice and water underlayment for steep-slope roofs of 2:12 and greater under asphalt and synthetic shingles and cedar shakes, with a taped selvage edge giving 3 in. of lap protection, a split release backer and up to 30 days of UV exposure. The data sheet gives a 65 ft. x 36 in. roll (1.95 squares) weighing 52 lbs. and carries a 5-year limited warranty mark; Owens Corning pairs it with RhinoRoof U20 as an eave-to-peak system, and the page states its UL Class A fire resistance applies under asphalt shingles.
