Owens Corning FOAMGLAS Cellular Glass Rigid Foam Insulation (T3+, T4+, S3, F)

FOAMGLAS is Owens Corning's closed-cell cellular glass rigid board insulation, made of inorganic soda lime glass and described on each product page as designed for building and roofing applications; the T4+ page lists concrete and steel roof decks among its applications. Owens Corning publishes four grades as separate pages, which differ mainly in density and capped compressive strength: T3+ (72 psi), T4+ (87 psi), S3 (130 psi) and F (232 psi). Published thermal resistance per inch at 75°F mean temperature is 3.8 for T3+, 3.4 for T4+, 3.0 for S3 and 2.8 for F, with maximum water absorption of 0.1% by volume. The T4+ page states that T4+ board is produced in Sedalia, Missouri, and that other FOAMGLAS products are produced at Owens Corning facilities in Europe.
