DeckSeal is Owens Corning's self-adhered SBS modified bitumen roofing system for residential low-slope areas such as additions, garages and porches, installed without kettles or torches as a two- or three-ply system of DeckSeal MA NailBase or SA Base/Ply sheets under a granulated DeckSeal SA SBS Cap in six colors. The data sheet gives the cap roll as 32 ft. 10 in. x 39 3/8 in. (100 sq. ft., 130 mils) and the base and ply rolls as 65 ft. 8 in. x 39 3/8 in. (200 sq. ft., 80 mils), lists a limited warranty against material defects for up to 20 years, and says the system is UL-classified for Class A, B or C roofs as listed in the UL directory.
