A vent-pipe roof flashing for commercial and residential roofs with a rigid black thermoplastic base and a self-sealing collar that slides over the pipe and requires no caulking. Oatey's building materials catalog describes the base as non-fading and non-cracking (U.S. Patent No. 5,390,451), rates it for roof pitches from 0 to 45 degrees (up to 12/12) and 180 F continuous heat, approves it for Type B installations, lists 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 in. through 4 in. pipe sizes on bases from 9-1/4 x 13 in. to 12 x 16 in. plus 18 x 18 in. base versions, and says it is not for hot-mopped or built-up roofs. Oatey's limited warranty gives its Oatey-branded roof flashings (other than Master Flash) a term equal to the lifetime of the roof on which they are installed.
