A vent-pipe roof flashing for commercial and residential roofs with a galvanized steel base and a self-sealing collar that slides over the pipe and requires no caulking. Oatey's building materials catalog rates the metal base for roof pitches from 0 to 40 degrees (up to 10/12), rates it for 180 F continuous heat and approves it for Type B installations, lists sizes from a 1/2 to 1 in. solar size to 4 in. pipe on bases from 9 x 12-1/2 in. to 12 x 15 in. plus 18 x 18 in. base versions, and says it is not for hot-mopped or built-up roofs and that petroleum-based products or paint must not be used on the collar. Oatey's limited warranty gives its Oatey-branded roof flashings (other than Master Flash) a term equal to the lifetime of the roof on which they are installed.
