Nucor R-Panel is a ribbed steel roof panel, 36 in. wide with ribs at 12 in. spacing and a 1-1/4 in. rib height, in 26 gauge (0.0177 in.) and 24 gauge (0.0222 in.) 80 ksi steel. It is typically applied over fiberglass batt or rigid board insulation and is available in Galvalume, SP and PVDF colors; a translucent R-Panel is offered in a standard 10 ft. 8 in. length. The data sheet lists ASTM E108 Class A, FM 4471 Class 1 approval, UL 580 Class 90 approval, State of Florida Product Approval and Miami-Dade approval.
