NorSeam is an insulated standing seam roof panel system from Norbec, a one-piece panel with a polyisocyanurate (PIR) core and steel faces, joined by mechanically seamed standing seams, with factory-notched ends and factory-fabricated end lap joints. Panels are 42.5 inches wide, 4, 5, 6 or 7 inches thick and 8 to 60 feet long, with 24/26, 24/24 and 22/22 gauge face combinations. Norbec lists a minimum roof slope of 1/4:12 for single panel runs and 1/2:12 where end laps are required, and an insulating value of R-8 per inch at 75 degrees F mean temperature (R-9 per inch at 35 degrees F). Exterior faces come in a PVDF colour collection, with Galvalume available on request.
