7797/7798 (Hempel 254JB) is a two-component, high-solids, low-odor urethane primer, mixed 2 to 1 by volume, that promotes adhesion of standard and fast-cure elastomeric coatings and may be applied over existing coatings. Its product data sheet lists 91 percent volume solids, VOC of 0.01 g/L, 500 psi adhesion to concrete (ASTM D4541) and an application rate of 300 to 500 square feet per gallon, and names Factory Mutual Class A and LEED approvals. It comes as an amber 3-gallon kit and is the primer in Neogard's metal, concrete and single-ply roof coating systems, including Silicone M, Silicone C, Elastacryl M and Elasta-Gard M Aliphatic.
