7720 (Hempel 263JB4L060) is a single-component, low-VOC primer that prepares hard-to-adhere TPO roof surfaces for standard-cure elastomeric coatings. Its product data sheet lists 19.4 percent volume solids, VOC of 96.97 g/L, adhesion to new TPO of 6.9 psi dry and 5.8 psi wet (ASTM D903), and a roller application rate of 300 to 400 square feet per gallon over TPO, and names a Factory Mutual Class A approval. It comes in green in 1-gallon containers and is the TPO primer in Neogard's single-ply roof coating systems.
