7490-CA is a single-component aliphatic polyurethane roof topcoat (Hempel code 47YJB) formulated to meet South Coast AQMD VOC limits, used over polyurethane foam, concrete, metal, single-ply and built-up or modified bitumen roofs and as the top coat of Neogard's Elasta-Gard and Permathane Aliphatic II systems. Its product data sheet lists 2,300 psi tensile strength and 230 percent elongation (ASTM D412), 200 pli tear resistance, an SRI of 111, 79.5 percent solids by weight and 76.7 percent by volume, VOC under 50 g/L and a pass under ASTM E108 as part of a system, and names Miami-Dade NOA No. 16-0222.02 and 16-0322.27, CRRC, UL TGFU and Factory Mutual Class A. The Elasta-Gard M Aliphatic system page lists fire resistance as ANSI/UL 790 compliant without naming a class.
