7251 is a single-component, water-based, high-solids elastomeric acrylic roof coating (Hempel code 385JB) and the coating in Neogard's Elastacryl systems over polyurethane foam, built-up, modified bitumen, metal and single-ply roofs. Its product data sheet lists 280 psi tensile strength and 270 percent elongation (ASTM D2370), an SRI of 104, 67 percent solids by weight and 54 percent by volume, VOC under 50 g/L, and a pass under ASTM E108 as part of a system, with LEED, CRRC, UL TGFU and Factory Mutual Class A approvals named; it comes in white only and is not designed for roofs with any ponding water.
