70695 is a high-build silicone mastic sealant for repairs and detailing on smooth BUR and granulated cap sheet, concrete, metal, polyurethane foam and single-ply roofs, used with Neogard's silicone roof coating systems. Its product data sheet lists 130 psi tensile strength and 275 percent elongation (ASTM D412), VOC under 50 g/L and a 12-to-18-hour cure, in white, 2-gallon packaging. The sheet describes the product as 100 percent solids while listing volume solids of 95 percent, and prints its Hempel code as both 847JB and 874JB.
