70690 is a single-component, moisture-cured aromatic polyurethane mastic (Hempel code 47CJB) for repairs and detailing on polyurethane foam, concrete, metal, modified bitumen and single-ply roofs, named as the mastic in Neogard's urethane roof coating systems. Its product data sheet lists 515 psi tensile strength and 510 percent elongation (ASTM D412), VOC of 210 g/L, a 24-hour cure and a six-month shelf life, in white, in 3-gallon pails.
