Titanium zinc roof covering of preformed bays joined on site with machine- or hand-folded standing seams and secured with fixed and sliding clips, for pitches above 3 degrees (preferably above 7 degrees); the double folded seam is used below 25 degrees and the single seam on steeper roofs and facades. The listed material thickness is 0.80 mm, advised bay widths run from 330 to 530 mm, and the advised maximum bay length is 10 m; straight, curved and tapering bays can be made. The zinc is produced to EN 988 and ASTM B69 and certified by Lloyd's Register, in NATUREL, pre-weathered NEO, NOIR and NUANCE finishes, and as Pro-Tec with a protective coating on the back side for cold or warm roof build-ups. The basic material table lists a 10-year guarantee.
