NCFI 10-016 is a two-component, HFO-blown, closed-cell spray polyurethane foam system for exterior roof application as the foam layer of the EnduraTech Premier Roofing System, which is finished with an acrylic elastomeric or silicone coating. It is offered at 2.8 pcf and 3.0 pcf core density, each with its own data sheet, and in slow, regular and fast speeds for different ambient temperatures. The data sheets state compliance with ASTM D7425 and list R-6.7 per inch (ASTM C518, 180 days), compressive strength of 58 psi (2.8) and 64 psi (3.0), and closed-cell content above 90 percent. The data sheets say the system is classified per UL standards and refer roof assembly approvals to NCFI; NCFI's warranty request form lists 10, 15 and 20 year EnduraTech material-only and system warranties that must be approved before work begins and are issued through Tier One applicators.
