PERMAKOTE SUPER PLUS (product #7535) is a water-based, matte, bright white roof coating that blends elastomeric acrylic resin with a single-component polyurea, made for flat roofs and as a ponding water area topping. It is used as a two-coat system over PERMABOND or METAL-PRIME RED-OX primer, as a final coat over PERMAKOTE PLUS, or as a topping on ponding areas. Spread rate is 100-150 sq ft per gallon and it comes in 5 and 55 gallon sizes; the data sheet reports a Class A result under ASTM E84-01 (NFPA 101). It carries a 10-year limited material warranty covering product only, available when applied to the maker's specifications and registered with the manufacturer.
