PERMAGLAZE (product #7524) is a water-based acrylic urethane ceramic glaze coating for tile roofs, available as a full-body color, a transparent glaze or a clear sealer. The maker lists it for concrete, clay and masonry tile, slate and similar well-draining roof surfaces and not for metal. It has a satin to semi-gloss finish, spreads at 250-300 sq ft per gallon, and comes in 1, 5 and 55 gallon sizes. It carries a 10-year limited material warranty covering product only, available when applied to the maker's specifications and registered with the manufacturer.
