MOBILE HOME ROOF COATING (product #7035) is a water-based, matte, bright white elastomeric acrylic ceramic roof coating made for mobile home roofs and other well-draining sloped roofs. Spread rate is 100-150 sq ft per gallon, solids are 60% by weight and 44% by volume, and it comes in 1, 5 and 55 gallon sizes. It carries a 10-year limited material warranty covering product only, available when applied to the maker's specifications and registered with the manufacturer.
