INSULKOTE (product #7030) is a water-based, matte, bright white elastomeric acrylic ceramic roof coating for well-draining sloped roofs over metal, tile and other surfaces. Spread rate is 100-150 sq ft per gallon, solids are 61% by weight and 44% by volume, and it comes in 1, 5 and 55 gallon sizes. It carries a 8-year limited material warranty covering product only, available when applied to the maker's specifications and registered with the manufacturer.
