Mule-Hide's polyester-reinforced, fleece-backed thermoplastic polyolefin membrane for fully adhered and mechanically attached commercial roofing systems in new construction, reroofing and recover (retrofit) applications, installed over an acceptable roof insulation or other suitable substrate. Available in 45, 60 and 80 mil thicknesses with a 55 mil fleece liner, in 6' and 12' widths, pre-printed with lap lines. The fleece backing allows mechanical attachment without a cover board and is noted by Mule-Hide for excellent hail resistance; end laps are butted and stripped in with Standard TPO membrane recommended for flashing. Fully adhered installations use Mule-Hide AquaBase 120 or Helix Low-Rise Adhesive with a segmented weighted roller to ensure proper adhesion. Up to a 30-year system warranty is available. A separate FR (fire-retardant) product data sheet is also published for this product; the page does not state a specific UL 790 roof covering class, which is deck/assembly dependent.
