A solvent-based blue primer of fast-evaporating solvents and adhesive resins that promotes adhesion of Mule-Hide 100% Silicone Roof Coating to new and aged TPO membranes. It is rolled or brushed on thinly at about one gallon per 300 to 400 square feet, dries in one to two hours and must be top-coated within 48 to 72 hours. It is packaged in 4.75-gallon pails, 1-gallon cans and a 1-pint can with brush for use with Shape Shift; maximum VOC is listed as 42 g/L.
