Mule-Hide's SA EPDM is a nominal 60-mil non-reinforced EPDM membrane laminated to a 100 percent solids pressure-sensitive adhesive, sold in 10 by 100 foot rolls with 3-inch factory-applied in-seam tape and in 5 by 40 foot rolls without it, in black or white-on-black. The data sheet (PDS 09-1338, May 2026) says it is formulated with fire retardants and can be incorporated in UL Class A systems, gives a 20 degree F minimum sheet and ambient installation temperature, lists approved substrates (polyiso, high-density polyiso, DensDeck Prime, Securock gypsum-fiber board and clean concrete), and states that it meets or exceeds ASTM D4637 for Type I non-reinforced EPDM. The product page says it is eligible for up to 20-year warranties.
