A single-component, moisture-curing, semi-self-leveling polyurethane roof sealant used to build liquid flashings and to fill pitch pockets and pans, seal metal roof seams and fasteners and inlaid gutters, and repair polyurethane foam, asphalt, modified bitumen, PVC and EPDM roofs; TPO requires a primer. It can be combined with Polyester Reinforced Fabric and is compatible with Mule-Hide acrylic and silicone coatings. It comes in black, gray and white, is applied by brush or trowel at up to about 60 wet mils per coat, and lists a VOC of 15 g/L. The data sheet states it meets ASTM C920 Type S, Grade P, Class 25 and Federal Specification TT-S-00230C Type 1.
