SA-APP Cap Sheet is a self-adhering, polyester-reinforced modified bitumen cap sheet made with Adeso dual-compound technology: an APP modified asphalt compound on top and a pressure-sensitive adhesive compound underneath, covered by a split release liner. It has a granule surface, SEALLap ULTRA self- adhesive side laps and FASTLap granule-free end laps; an SA-APP Cap Sheet FR version is also offered. The product data sheet states it meets ASTM D6222 Type 1 Grade G and ASTM D1970, and lists a 3.6 mm (142 mil) sheet in 1 by 10-meter rolls covering 100 square feet.
