Mule-Hide's PVC KEE HP is a polyester-reinforced PVC membrane made with DuPont Elvaloy KEE HP resin modifier, which the data sheet (PDS 09-1220, May 2022) says extends the low- and high-temperature performance of standard KEE and adds heat and chemical resistance. It is offered in 50, 60 and 80 mil and in white, gray and tan for mechanically attached and fully adhered roofs; the product page adds that it cannot be installed with Hydrobond as a wet lay-in. The data sheet classifies it as ASTM D4434 Type III and/or Type IV, prints weights of 0.33, 0.38 and 0.51 lb per square foot by thickness, and gives initial CRRC solar reflectance index values of 110 (bright white), 90 (tan) and 69 (gray). The product page says up to a 30-year system warranty is available.
