Poly ISO 1-HD80 is a 1/2-inch high-density closed-cell polyisocyanurate cover board designed only for mechanically attached and induction-welded single-ply roofing systems, installed with approved fasteners and plates. The product data sheet (PDS 09-6228) lists an R-value of 2.5 at 1/2 inch by ASTM C518 and classification under ASTM C1289 Type II. It lists the board as a component of Class A roof systems under UL 790, 263 and 1256, with FM 4450/4470 Class 1 approval for steel deck constructions.
