Poly ISO 1-HD Plus is an FM-approved 1/2-inch high-density polyisocyanurate cover board with a closed-cell foam core laminated to coated glass fiber felt facers, designed for fully adhered systems in reroofing and new construction. The product data sheet (PDS 09-6227) lists an R-value of 2.5, ASTM C1289 Type II Class 4 Grade 1 classification, an FM severe hail (SH) rating, a weight of 13 lb per 4 by 8-foot panel, and manufacture in Smithfield, Pennsylvania, Franklin Park, Illinois and Tooele, Utah. It is listed as a component of Class A roof systems under UL 790, 263 and 1256.
