A water-based, light yellow primer and stain blocker applied before Mule- Hide 100% Silicone Roof Coating to improve adhesion on concrete, modified bitumen, asphalt BUR, PVC, EPDM and Hypalon roofs. It is not for coal-tar pitch roofs, TPO membranes or ponding areas. It is applied by brush, roller or airless spray, packaged in 5-gallon pails and 55-gallon drums, with VOC under 10 g/L.
