FR Adhesive is a water-based acrylic latex adhesive used as a single-side wet lay-in adhesive to bond EPDM membrane to plywood and OSB decks, up to a 1:12 slope, in modular construction. The product data sheet says the Mule-Hide EPDM system using it reaches a Class C fire resistance rating in that assembly, with the evaluation described in Code Compliance Research Report CCRR-1078. It is packaged in 5-gallon pails, 55-gallon drums and 250-gallon totes, with coverage of about 100 to 120 square feet per gallon.
