A water-based acrylic elastomeric roof coating that cures to a seamless membrane over the whole roof, used over smooth and granulated BUR and modified bitumen, most metal roofs, single-ply membranes (primers may be required) and SPF. Standard colors are white, beige, tan, Arizona tan, light gray and dark gray, with custom colors on request, packaged from 0.9-gallon cans to 275-gallon totes; VOC is under 50 g/L. The data sheet lists a CRRC rating (product ID 0670-0001) with initial solar reflectance 0.87, thermal emittance 0.90 and SRI 110 for the rated product, and the product page lists Florida Product Approval and Miami-Dade NOA documents. The product page describes material-only warranties of up to 15 years and warranties of up to 20 years under the maker's program.
