A 100% acrylic, water-based elastomeric base coat supplied only in gray, which must be top-coated with A-300 Finish. It is applied over acceptable substrates including uncorroded metal, smooth and granulated asphalt BUR and modified bitumen, aged PVC, Hypalon, EPDM and polyurethane foam. It is packaged in 4.75-gallon pails, 50-gallon drums and 275-gallon totes, with VOC under 50 g/L, and must be kept from freezing.
