An SBS rubber-fortified, trowel-grade cold-applied bonding agent for wet or dry repairs of asphaltic roofing and SBS modified bitumen systems, including emergency patching in standing water. It is also used to install SBS membrane flashings at parapets, curbs and penetrations, seal laps of self- adhering modified bitumen, set metal edge flanges and seal gutter seams, and for damp-proofing; on APP products it is limited to topical repairs.
