A rubber-modified, trowel-grade mastic used as a cold-applied bonding agent in SBS modified bitumen roofing, for installing membrane flashings at parapets, curbs, steep slopes and penetrations and sealing laps and perimeter edges. It can be used on wet or dry surfaces, for repairs to asphalt roofing and flashings, and to seal metal flashing joints, coping caps and gutter seams; on APP products it is limited to topical repairs.
