A general-purpose penetrating asphalt primer used to promote adhesion before hot-mopped, cold-applied and self-adhering membrane systems and before roof cements, mastics and asphalt-based adhesives. It is used with built-up and APP or SBS modified bitumen roofing and is not for PVC, TPO, EPDM or other single-ply membranes. It is offered in pail and aerosol forms, and the product page lists a Florida Product Approval document.
