The PBU Panel is an exposed-fastener steel roof and wall panel with an extended leg on one side that rests on the purlin or substrate beneath the lapping rib to hold the sheet while screws go in. It has 36 in coverage, 3/4 in ribs, 6 in minor rib spacing and a 1:12 minimum slope, is made in 26 gauge standard and 22 or 24 gauge optional, smooth texture, in Galvalume Plus, Signature 200, Signature 300 and Signature 300 Metallic coatings, and installs over open framing or a solid substructure. Mueller lists a 40-year limited Galvalume warranty, and Signature 200 paint carries 45-year film integrity and 30-year chalk and fade terms (Polar White excepted); Signature 300 carries 45-year film integrity and 35-year chalk and fade terms, with Copper Metallic and Silver Metallic excepted.
