MorZip is a structural standing seam metal panel with a 2.5 inch mechanically seamed side lap over a concealed MorZip clip, used as roof, wall or both, at slopes as low as 1/2:12. Panels come in 12, 16 and 18 inch widths and 5 to 40 foot standard lengths, in Galvalume (20, 22, 24 ga), aluminum (.032, .040, .050), stainless steel (20, 22, 24 ga), zinc (0.8, 1.0 mm) and copper (16, 20 oz). Panels can be curved and/or tapered, including convex lay-down, convex mechanical and concave mechanical curves, and onsite roll-forming is available. The data sheet lists the panel as suitable for open framing.
