Thermal Pro-24 is Milcor's thermally broken aluminum roof hatch, built of .090 aluminum with 3 in. polyisocyanurate insulation, condensation liners and thermal-break components in both the cover and the curb, which the product page describes as R-24 insulation. It comes with a 12 in. or 18 in. curb with integral counterflashing and 4-1/2 in. pre-drilled flanges, an EPDM cover gasket and a separate thermal-break curb gasket, a gas-spring cover that opens to 68 degrees for ladder sizes and 85 degrees for stair sizes, and a slam latch, in sizes from 36 by 30 in. to 48 by 48 in. (models 3501-241 to 3501-244), with a 70 psf load capacity.
