Milcor's service stair roof hatches are single-leaf personnel hatches sized for full stair access, offered as models M-3, RB-3, RC-3 and RD-3. The product page gives galvanized steel, aluminum-on-galvanized and all-aluminum constructions with 1 in. rigid styrofoam or fiberglass insulation, a torsion-spring cover opening to 90 degrees, a 12 in. curb with integral counterflashing and 1 in. exterior fiberboard insulation, an EPDM gasket and a slam latch with padlock hasps. Load capacity is 70 psf for the M model and 40 psf for the RB, RC and RD models.
