Milcor's ladder access roof hatches are single-leaf personnel hatches for ladder entry, offered as models M-3x3, M-7, RB-1, RB-4x4, RC-1, RD-1, RD-3x3 and RD-4x4. The product page lists four constructions: M and RB with a 14 gauge galvanized steel cover and curb, RC with a .090 aluminum cover on a galvanized curb, and RD in .090 aluminum throughout, insulated with 1 in. rigid styrofoam (M style and RD-1) or 1 in. fiberglass. All have a torsion-spring cover that opens to 90 degrees, a 12 in. curb with integral counterflashing, pre-drilled flanges, an EPDM gasket and a slam latch. Load capacity is 70 psf for the M models and RD-1 and 40 psf for the RB, RC and RD models.
