Milcor's equipment access roof hatch is a double-leaf hatch for moving large equipment onto a roof, offered as models RC-6 (aluminum cover on a galvanized steel curb) and RD-6 (aluminum cover and curb). The product page describes two covers with 1 in. fiberglass insulation that open to 90 degrees on torsion springs, a 12 in. insulated curb with integral counterflashing and pre-drilled flanges, EPDM gaskets and a two-point slam latch with padlock hasps, and gives a 40 psf load capacity.
