Milcor's Energy Efficient Series are roof hatches insulated with 2 in. polyisocyanurate in both the cover and the 12 in. curb, in place of the 1 in. insulation of its standard hatches. The product page lists galvanized steel models in white powder coat (M-1 EE, M-2 EE, M-3 EE, M-3x3 EE, M-7 EE) and mill-finish aluminum models (RD-1 EE, RD-2 EE, RD-3 EE, RD-3x3 EE, RD-4x4 EE), each with a torsion-spring cover opening to 90 degrees, integral counterflashing, pre-drilled flanges, an EPDM gasket and a slam latch, and gives a 70 psf load capacity.
