A self-adhering, 40-mil, film-surfaced ice-and-water barrier underlayment composed of a non-slip polymer film laminated to a high-temperature rubberized asphalt adhesive, engineered for whole-roof protection under asphalt shingles, shake or concrete shingle, clay tile and metal roofing. It self-seals around fastener penetrations, may be left exposed for up to 60 days, and aggressively adheres to plywood, OSB, foam insulation, house-wrap, rigid vinyl and masonry.
