Snap-Loc 24 is a structural trapezoidal standing seam roof system for commercial and industrial buildings, with a snap-together side lap and factory-applied sealant in both panel and clip. The condensed technical reference prints 24 inch coverage with a 3 inch rib, 24 gauge standard and 22 gauge optional, PVDF and acrylic-coated Galvalume finishes, a 1/4:12 minimum slope, lengths from 5 to 45 feet recommended, factory notching and punching, and 1/2 to 6 inch blanket insulation, over open framing or solid substrate. Its testing list prints UL 2218 Impact Resistance Class 4, UL 790 Fire Resistance Rating Class A per building code, UL 263 per assembly, ASTM E 1680, ASTM E 1646, ASTM E 1592 and UL 580 Class 90 (construction 240).
