PBR-Panel is an exposed-fastener metal building roof and wall panel with trapezoidal ribs on 12 inch centers, installable horizontally or vertically. The condensed technical reference prints 36 inch coverage with a 1 1/4 inch rib, 26 and 24 gauge standard and 22 gauge optional, PVDF, MS Colorfast45 and acrylic-coated Galvalume finishes with bonderized material optional, a 1:12 minimum slope and lengths from 5 to 45 feet recommended. Its testing list prints UL 2218 Impact Resistance Class 4, UL 790 Fire Resistance Rating Class A per building code, UL 263 per assembly, ASTM E 1592, UL 580 Class 90 (construction 161), Texas Windstorm evaluations RC-198, RC-265 and RC-279, 2023 Florida approvals including FL9482.4, FL10999.7, FL14645.11 and FL46539.3, Miami-Dade NOAs 23-1214.04 (wall) and 23-1214.05 (roof), and ICC-ES report ESR-2385; two further Florida approval numbers on the list are printed without the FL prefix.
