Mini-Batten is an architectural standing rib roof system with a narrow batten cap, installed over solid substrate with at least 30 pound felt underlayment. The condensed technical reference prints 12, 16 or 18 inch coverage with 1 or 1 1/2 inch ribs, flat or striated pans, 26 and 24 gauge standard and 22 gauge optional, PVDF, MS Colorfast45 and acrylic-coated Galvalume finishes, a 3:12 minimum slope and lengths from 5 to 45 feet recommended. Its testing list prints UL 2218 Impact Resistance Class 4, UL 790 Fire Resistance Rating Class A per building code, UL 263 per assembly, UL 580 Class 90 (constructions 397, 397A and 430 for the 1 inch batten and 352 for the 1 1/2 inch), ASTM E 1592, ASTM E 283 and ASTM E 331.
